These Terms govern your use of Reply Bestie. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity performed through your account.
What Reply Bestie provides
Reply Bestie analyzes content you choose to submit and generates conversation observations and suggested replies. Results are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing every suggestion and deciding whether to send it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Reply Bestie to threaten, harass, stalk, blackmail, impersonate, expose private information, evade law enforcement, manipulate someone, pressure anyone into sexual activity, exploit a minor, violate another person’s rights, or break the law. You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Reply Bestie a limited permission to process, store, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
Free plan and Bestie+
Free-plan limits and Bestie+ benefits are shown in the app and may change with reasonable notice. Bestie+ may be offered monthly or yearly and may include a trial when shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
The price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details will be displayed before purchase. Website payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription by signing in, opening the Bestie+ plan card, and selecting Manage subscription. App Store purchases can also be managed from your Apple Account subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewal but normally does not erase access already paid for. Contact support@replybestie.com from the email connected to your account for billing or refund help. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.
Safety and professional advice
Reply Bestie is not an emergency service, therapist, doctor, lawyer, investigator, or substitute for professional advice. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support.
Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms, threaten safety, abuse the service, or create legal risk. You may stop using Reply Bestie at any time and request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI results are accurate, that another person will respond in a certain way, or that use of a suggestion will produce a particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reply Bestie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws. Questions may be sent to support@replybestie.com.
